Doing the DoE Chief Scout and Queen Scout Awards with Explorers

Some of you may have completed or be part way through doing the DoE awards through school. Some of you may have completed, or be already be part way through your DoE Bronze award with your previous Scout group. Where you complete the DoE is your choice, however we do facilitate it within Explorers.

The first step is to complete the application form found here and inform Paul Todd or Martin Butcher.

The Explorer badges Chief Scout Platinum, Chief Scout Diamond and Queen Scout can be thought of as DoE Bronze, Silver and Gold plus. So everything you do for DoE Silver contributes to your Chief Scout Diamond badge however Chief Scout Diamond has additional criteria on top of this e.g. complete 12 nights away. The only place to do these badges is at Explorers.
